RSF expresses its solidarity with the victims of the recent aerial bombardment

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) expresses its solidarity with the victims of the recent aerial bombardment committed by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) in the cities of Al-Rahad and Um Ruwaba, North Kordofan State. These indiscriminate airstrikes, which targeted residential neighborhoods and public facilities, were a cowardly attempt by the SAF and its extremist allies from the former regime to instill fear in the innocent civilian population.

In collusion with terrorist organizations and jihadist battalions linked to the National Congress Party, the SAF continues to engage in revengeful acts in a selective and systematic manner. Its terrorist aircraft have relentlessly dropped barrel bombs on civilian homes, leading to the tragic deaths of hundreds, including children, women, and the elderly. These attacks have spanned Darfur, Kordofan, Gezira, and areas along the White Nile, highlighting the retaliatory and hostile nature of these operations.

We vehemently condemn the barbaric actions of the SAF and its allied terrorist groups, which have hijacked the SAF leadership and transformed the it into a tool of oppression and destruction.

We emphasize that all crimes committed against our people are thoroughly monitored and documented. These acts are war crimes and crimes against humanity, and those responsible will face legal and moral repercussions for their actions.

The RSF reaffirms its unwavering commitment to safeguarding the Sudanese people and their property. Our courageous soldiers will not falter in their duty to uphold the path to freedom, peace, and democracy by all means necessary.
